We had a room with a bathtub, which was a nice perk. The hotel's location was great, as it was right next to the forest, cafes, and restaurants. 🌳

Thoroughly enjoyed the fact that I chose this beautifully designed and luxurious hotel. The staff was really helpful and attentive, always there to help. The room was brand-new, had essentials, like a shower, hair dryers, and robes. And it was facing garden. I found the venue's location excellent, really close to Azerbaijan and restaurants and Basqal forests. I booked it many times and recommend...

The hotel's location is great as it is surrounded by a kids' play area, walking area, restaurant, spa and cafe. Another advantage was having an assigned assistant, who covered our needs perfectly. the swimming pool was very nice.
The internet connection suffered from poor quality due to some construction works. On the other hand, the air conditioning was not on and we were informed that the ‘cold setting’ wasn’t turned on until May.

Spent my Christmas break here and had a great time! the facilities were amazing, with a kids play area and walking paths that kept my little ones busy. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and giving us complimentary treats. Plus, the hotel was located near all the key attractions we wanted to visit.
Although we had a pleasant experience, the hotel was undergoing construction work, which made the internet connection poor. the air conditioning wasn't working in our room, which made it uncomfortable as it was warm in December.

This hotel is a true luxury escape. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure my stay was tailored to my needs. the Spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, and the heated swimming pool were all exclusive amenities that allowed me to have a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. My full body massage at the spa lounge was heavenly, and the steam room and plunge pool were perfect for unwinding. the private facilities of my room provided the comfort and privacy I needed to truly disconnect. the in-room breakfast was the cherry on top of the perfect stay.
Despite this small inconvenience, the hotel kindly provided me with a spa voucher and a discount for my next stay.
